The Shangbaituwanzi Iron Mine in Sunan County is located in the northwest of Sunan County, and its administrative division belongs to Qiwen Village, Qifeng Tibetan Autonomous Township, Sunan Yugur Autonomous County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province.The mine is currently operating normally.Our company successfully extended the mining rights until 2041 in June this year.
In addition, our company has successfully won the exploration rights for two other mining areas, further promoting our company's layout and development in Gansu. We hope to contribute our modest efforts to the economic development and social stability of the region.

Zambia's Mugu is rich in copper mines
The Mugusi Copper Mine in Zambia is located in the Mugusi region of the Central Province, with an area of 65 square kilometers. The company has 25 years of mining rights to the mine.
The company plans to develop the mine in three phases. Since the first phase of mining in 2019, the annual output has been 400000 tons, with an estimated remaining 6.85 million tons in the first phase.The second phase will be put into operation from 2023, and the deployment of equipment and personnel has been completed. Small scale mining will begin in 2024.
The third phase of the plan is to develop the project by 2025 and gradually start mining from 2026

The SASARE mining area in Zambia is located approximately 190 kilometers southwest of Chipata, the capital of the Eastern Province.The mineral is copper, and the total amount of copper resources discovered through preliminary work is about 2.3904 million tons, with a total metal content of about 64000 tons.At present, our company has not started production at this mine.
Mufumbwe mining area, Zambia
The Mufumbwe mining area in Zambia is located in the northwest, bordering the Democratic Republic of Congo to the north and Angola to the west.It is under the jurisdiction of Mufumbwe County in Northwest Province.The mineral is copper, and a detailed resource survey has been completed, with a proven copper ore volume of 5.1655 million tons and a copper metal volume of 89000 tons.The mine is currently not in production.
Maimine gold mine in Eritrea
From 2012 to 2016, our company commissioned a professional exploration team to complete the pre survey and census work of the Maimine gold deposit project. Through the census work, it was determined that the deposit is a typical greenschist type post shear altered rock type gold deposit.
Six gold ore bodies were identified during the census, with a total of (332)+(333)+(334) gold metal reserves exceeding 10 tons and an average grade of over 3g/t, indicating good development prospects.The project is currently undergoing detailed investigation work.

The project is located 13 kilometers southwest of Song County, Henan Province.The mine has enclosed a total of 8 gold ore bodies through surface and deep engineering construction.
At present, the proven reserves of gold ore are 6.0213 million tons, and the reserves of molybdenum ore are 23.4334 million tons.In addition to the proven reserves, after evaluation by multiple geological experts, it is inferred that there are large gold and molybdenum deposits in the deep, which have great prospects for deep exploration.Across the Yi River in the mining area, Shandong Gold Company has found a high-grade large gold deposit in the deep part, which is passing through our mining area. At present, the project has started to invest in materials and personnel, and is preparing for the formal production and operation of the project.
